Digital products
CanyBook sells digital books delivered electronically. No physical item needs to be shipped or returned. Before ordering, please check the product description, file format, compatibility, and access requirements.
Cancellation and change-of-mind requests
If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. For UK consumers, a 14-day cancellation right may apply. Where you expressly agree to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this ends your cancellation right, that right ends once supply begins. If those requirements have not been met, your cancellation rights remain unaffected.
After digital content has been supplied with the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer a change-of-mind return or exchange. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described content.
Problems with a file or access
If your file is faulty, cannot be accessed, or does not match its description, email contact@canybook.com with your order number, book title, and a description of the problem. A screenshot of an error can help us investigate.
Please report issues promptly, preferably within 7 days so we can help quickly. This request does not limit your statutory rights. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where required by applicable law.
How to request help
Use the subject “Order support” and include the email address used for your purchase. We will review the order and explain the next steps. If a refund is approved, we will confirm how it will be processed; processing times may depend on your payment provider.
Your rights remain protected
